Seattle is producing world-class AI, developer tools, and deep-tech startups — but the early-stage ecosystem has lacked a physical home. While San Francisco has had hacker houses for over a decade, the Pacific Northwest has had nowhere for pre-seed founders to live and build together.
Bili House fills that gap. We operate a curated founder residency where 4-6 teams live under one roof, share a co-working space, and get in front of investors through organic, trust-based relationships — not cold outreach.
